2008 Earthen Vessels Missions Banquet

Sunday, March 30th we conducted our annual missions banquet.  The youth sanctuary was elaborated decorated and filled to capacity.  We were blessed to have great friends in attendance, among whom where Kings Mountain Mayor, Rick
Murphrey and wife Sandra, Police Chief Melvin Proctor and wife Lisa.  From Bristol, Virginia, Attorney & Bishop Tony Hutchinson and parents.  Local pastors J.R. & Patty Robbins of Faith Baptist and Doug Allen of Penley's Chapel.

Great appreciation for the excellent food goes to FWC First Lady Margaret Woodard, Chef Adam Brewer of Shelby Country Club and a great number of volunteers who worked tirelessly to make the evening great.

Special guest speaker was Rev. Doyle Daughtery, President, Founder & Publisher of World News Network.  He was accompanied by his lovely wife Linda.

To date, $123,113.00 has been pledged for home & world evangelism in the following projects: USA Food Distribution Warehouse & KM Crisis Center, Carolina Children's Home, Smoky Mountain Children's Home, Voice of Triumph T.V. Outreach Coast-to-Coast & 80 countries.   MMS Aviation, Southern California Evangelism, National Disasters, Africa, Kenya Orphanages in Kakuma, Gitamaiiyu, Zambia, construction of churches, Pastors Training, conferences & evangelism Honduras, Street kids & missionary support England Missionary support Germany, Missionary support & Evangelism Israel, Final Exodus Jews for Jesus, Iceland, Omega TV & Gospel Channel of Europe, India, Madras, land for orphanage, Romania, Hunedora Orphanage, Rophe House Medical & Ministry Center, Slatina Church Evangelism, Missionary support, WORLDWIDE DISASTER RELIEF/CRISIS RESPONSE.

Praise God for the financial response to this home & world mission vision.  We will send teams to many of these areas to minister hands on in the coming fiscal year.  These funds go into the Earthen Vessels account and are not co-mingled in any way with any other funds.  They are used exclusively for the purpose for which they are raised.  Pray about investing in this good soil ministry to further the Kingdom of Jesus Christ!
